AXIDE FRAME WARRANTY
AXIDE Bicycles will repair or replace at its option any frame or parts of a frame made by AXIDE Bicycles, it determines to be defective in materials or workmanship. It reserved only to the original owner of the bicycle and it is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.An unrepairable damaged frame will be replaced with a frame of equal or greater value, without components. The cost of assembly of the new frame is not included and will be borne by the customer.File a claim at your nearest AXIDE dealer, or you may contact our service department at service@axidebicycles.com. All other components equipped on the bicycle are subjected to the respective brands’ warranty policy.

AXIDE LIFETIME BEARING WARRANTY
AXIDE Bicycles pivot bearings are warranted for life to the original owner of the bike. The process is simple: Visit your nearest AXIDE dealer, present your proof of purchase and damaged bearings will be replaced. Bearing and linkage service workmanship charges apply.

CRASH REPLACEMENT
In the event of a non-warranty situation, AXIDE Bicycles, will make replacement parts available to the original owner at a reduced charge for the applicable warranty period described above.AXIDE Bicycles reserve the right not to grant the service if we find that the damage is only aesthetic or caused on purpose.File a claim at your nearest AXIDE dealer, or you may contact our service department at service@axidebicycles.com.

Warranty and Crash Replacement does not apply if your bicycle is used in races or competitions; is used for commercial purposes (e.g. rent); is used in a different manner from the use it was designed for; is not well maintained or maintenance has never been performed is not maintain or serviced by a EPAC specialist bike shop.
